All our advertisements are to be pre-paid before publication. We reserve the
right to use copy and/or images if we do not receive suitable copy from the
advertisers by the copy deadline (we will inform you of these). Cancellations
need to be made in writing at least seven days before copy deadline. Adverts
cancelled after this date will still be charged. We believe that this is a fair
way to ensure that the magazine is still published.
